Narcotics Investigation

Contact: Tony CipollaPhone: (805) 781-4547Date and time of incident: 2-7-19, Approximately 9 AMPlace of Occurrence: 2100 Block of Nipomo Street, OceanoVictim Information: N/ASuspect Information: Rudy Jesse Perez Jr., 36, San Luis Obispo Ezekiel Alfred Delagarza, 40, Arroyo Grande Addison Jeanise Cravens, 32, Nipomo Kasarah Elaine Eskew, 20 Shell Beach Brieana Renee Sandhu, 27, Oceano On 2-7-19, Sheriff's Patrol Deputies along with members of the Sheriff's Narcotics Unit and Gang Task Force served a search warrant at a residence in the 2100 block of Nipomo Street in Oceano regarding an on-going narcotics investigation.
As a result of the search warrant, five people were taken into custody for outstanding arrest warrants and drug related charges to include possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Additionally, a one-and-a-half-year-old child at that location was taken into protective custody by San Luis Obispo County Child Welfare Services.
Previously, as part of that investigation, an individual was found to be in possession of an ounce of methamphetamine and a half-ounce of heroin which was discovered during the booking process at the County Jail.
Rudy Perez Jr. of San Luis Obispo, Ezekiel Delagarza of Arroyo Grande, Addison Cravens of Nipomo, Kasarah Eskew of Shell Beach and Brieana Sandhu of Oceano were all arrested and booked into the County Jail.
The investigation is continuing. No further information is available at this time.
