Investigators served search warrants at nine locations in both San Luis Obispo and San Bernardino Counties. The Sheriff's Office was assisted in the investigation by members of the Sheriff's K9 Unit, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), San Luis Obispo Police Department, County Probation Department, San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, CHP and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI).
Approximately two pounds of methamphetamine were seized during the investigation with an estimated street value of more than $12,000. Two handguns and ammunition were also confiscated. It's believed this operation has ties to Mexican drug cartels.
The following people were arrested:
1. Jesus Manuel Flores Ayala, 37, Paso Robles. Conspiracy to commit a crime, transportation drugs for sale from one county to another non-contiguous county and possession of a firearm by a felon 2. Clarice Christensen, 59, Paso Robles. Conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance for sale. 3. Harold Johnson, 59, Paso Robles. Conspiracy to commit a crime, transportation and possession of a controlled substance for sale. 4. Ismael Garcia Cruz, 22, Paso Robles. Conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance for sale. 5. Hugo Ubaldo, 27, Paso Robles. Conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance for sale. 6. Angelica Solorio Lopez, 42, Paso Robles. Conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance for sale. 7. Wendy Millan, 28, San Miguel. Conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance for sale. 8. Lisa Becerra, 44, Atascadero. Conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance for sale. 9. Kevin Snyder, 30, Atascadero. Conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance for sale.

Conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance for sale. 13. Froilan Flores Gonzalez, 44, Hesperia. Conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance for sale.
