The 85-year-old Watt was last seen on 8-14-16 at approximately 5:30 PM driving away from Twin Cities Hospital in Templeton to her residence at 675 Nacimiento Lake Drive in Paso Robles. She had gone to visit her husband who was recovering from surgery at the hospital. She was later reported missing on 8-15-16 at approximately 5:05 PM.
