Possession of Methamphetamine for Sale

Contact: Sergeant NicholsPhone: (805) 805-781-4553Date and time of incident: 02-12-2015 / 1330 HoursPlace of Occurrence: 2630 Ramada Dr. TempletonVictim Information: N/ASuspect Information: 45 year old Lisa Noelle Stemper out of Templeton, CA On 02-12-2015 at approximately 1330 hours deputies responded to a call of suspicious circumstances in front of Tree Man Nursery located at 2630 Ramada Dr. in Templeton. It was reported that a female in front of the location may be selling narcotics from her vehicle. Upon arrival, deputies contacted Lisa Stemper of Templeton. During the investigation, deputies discovered over two ounces of suspected methamphetamine. Additionally, US currency and other drug sales related paraphernalia were located along with the suspected drugs. Stemper was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine for sale as well as under the influence of a controlled substance. Stemper was subsequently booked at the San Luis Obispo County Jail for the aforementioned charges.
