At the conclusion of the investigation on 6-12-2025, Sheriff's Detectives served a search warrant at Ramirez's residence, located in the 200 block of Chaparral Lane in Nipomo. The search warrant led to the seizure of six firearms, including two stolen firearms.
The case will be referred to the District Attorney's Office for prosecution.
