86-year-old James Quinn was reported missing by a family member on 10-13-2025.
Quinn was last seen going for a walk, which he does on a regular basis, at approximately 6:30 PM in the 200 block of Charles Drive in the San Luis Obispo Country Club area but never returned home.
Quinn is White, 5' 7" tall, 145 pounds, with brown eyes and gray hair.
He was last seen wearing a gray jacket with hood, blue shirt, blue jeans, and gray shoes.
